I guess maybe from what I am reading, that I must be the only one that is enjoying where I live. After spending many years moving with the military, and after a divorce, I am on my own. I am enjoying each day I live here. This is an older complex not a two million dollar mansion, but I feel mine is maintained nicely, and they are making improvments as we speak. As for noise, you may hear people walking, or the stairwell may get a bit loud, but to me that is to be expected. Its called consideration for all around. You try to teach your family to have respect for others in hopes that they will all do the same..however, an apartment or house with children, is NOT gonna be quiet and if you expect that to be the case, then apartment living is not the right thing for you.

I am very please with what I have here and am in the process to moving to a larger apartment. While the rent may be a bit high, you pay for where you live, and for me, driving a mile to work is much better for my family then a 2 hour ride home. You must learn to take the good with the bad, and be thankful that you have a roof over your head. Also, I have never had anything but respect from the office staff, its the old saying, what goes around comes around.
