I've lived in WST for about 8 months now and can't complain at all. It is very quiet, except that I sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor's child running around the apartment, but that's to be expected with apartment living. Trust me, it's not nearly as bad as the previous apartment I lived in with hardword floors where every move my neighbor made echoed through my apartment!

I think the amenities are great for the price. In looking for an apartment, this was by far the best deal for a place with a pool, tennis courts, individual washers and dryers, etc without heading out into Loudon or Prince William counties.

Yes, the apartment manager has a demeanor that is a bit gruff, but I haven't had do deal with her much. It's a bit of a pain to have to get a parking pass from the office for visitors, but it's much better than some places I've lived around here where you have to park a 10 minute walk away from your apartment if you come home after 10 on a weekend.
