The review named "Disgraceful" had it all. I have lived here for 7 months and when my lease is up in 3 months I will be celebrating!!!! West Springfield Terrace is the worst apartment complex in the area. I have lived in college apartment complexes that now seem like living in Buckingham Palace compared to this place. The saying ??you get what you pay for?? ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT APPLY TO LIVING HERE!!!! You pay more than most mortgages for the worst place and experience to live. The property manager is honestly the most unprofessional and rudest person I have EVER met. Customer service is not something practiced by the ??team of caring professionals?? (from the company??s pledge). And before I explain anything about the apartment let me just say that I clean my apartment just about every three days. Now??the walls and ceilings are paper thin. The paint is cracking and chipping off one every single wall in the apartment. The front door doesn??t lock all the way. And the front doors are so heavy that they very loudly slam shut. The bathroom tiling looks like mosaic tiling with rotting and discolored cocking. The cocking around the toilet is quite possible the most disgusting thing I??ve ever seen. It is discolored and all over the toilet. The veneer on the ??brand new?? cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen is coming off. When doing laundry in the ??brand new?? dryer you must dry everything twice at the very least. The ??brand new?? carpeting is just the opposite. I don??t think that the grounds are nice at all. Yes there are some pretty trees but more than half of the grounds are nothing but dirt with either no grass or little grassy patches. The parking is awful; good luck trying to find a spot. There are several little crevices and holes in the walls in the kitchen. Therefore there are roaches in my apartment. Additionally they don??t cash or deposit checks for up to two to three weeks.
The only good thing I can say is that the maintenance crew (all three of them for 244 apartments) does as good as a job as they can for their hard work load!
I would not wish living in West Springfield Terrace on ANYONE!!!! Save yourself the time and agony, do not event think about living here.

THIS PERSON SOUNDS VERY ANGRY! WOW! I HAD THE PLEASURE OF VISITING THIS PROPERTY TO FIND AN APARTMENT AND THIS WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE, THE YOUNG LADY WE MEET WITH WAS NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL, AND SEEMED TO KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE AREA AND THE COMMUNITY. I DIDNT GET TO MEET WITH ANYONE ELSE, BECAUSE I WENT ON THE WEEKEND, BUT IF I HAD TO GO ON THE WAY I WAS TREATED I WOULD GIVE THIS PROPERTY AN "A" FOR THE WAY IT LOOKED AND THE WAY I WAS TREATED! I CERTAINLY CAN'T AFFORD A MORTGAGE RIGHT NOW AND BASED ON RESEARCH I'VE DONE, I AM NOT GOING TO FIND A MORTGAGE FOR LESS THAN $2,000 A MONTH FOR THE WAY I WANT TO LIVE IN A HOUSE, SO WHOEVER WROTE THIS, IFEEL SORRY FOR YOUR EXPECTATIONS!!!

I find this response made up, probably by staff as it seems there are other responses that seem similar. However, if you are a prospective renter at West Springfield Terrace??? yes I am angry. I have lived in unsatisfactory conditions. The property has not held up their end of the lease. After reading my first review I would think one would understand my anger. After handing over nearly $15000 for a ???product and service??? and not receiving what you paid for would make any sane person a bit upset!!!!!!

According to online etiquette, I would say that 1234LADYRUNGUGGY is a little angry. You may want to go easy on the capitalization. Your response mentions that you had this experience of a lifetime when visiting the property to find an apartment. It doesn't sound like you acutally ended up renting one. How about leaving the ranting reviews to the people who actually live in the complex and not the people who happened to pop in on a Saturday afternoon and then chose to live somewhere else.
