I guarantee the bottom two reviews were written by West Springfield Terrace staff!!! Once they were notified about this website those reviews were posted. Coincidence' Doubtful!

This is utterly ridiculous!! The fact that we are so mean and hateful in this world, further lets me know that people are not as kind as we would like to give them credit for! I live at this community and I have had nothing but positive experiences with maintenance, the office staff and so forth. We as hard working adults need to grow up!! This is a nice place to live! Have I ever had an experience where I was not happy: Uh! Yes! No one is perfect, but as a whole.....I like this community! Wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Oh! and just let me say when I was not happy they fixed it immediately!!! So if you are looking to live here I say go for it! The community is nice and the overall residents are a cool bunch of people too! (Including me :)
