Most of the staff here is wonderful, but one wonders how the Manager survives in a service industry. She is rude and unprofessional, and it is fortunate that her staff does not emulate her. The maintenance guys are wonderful, but have neither the time nor the resources to keep the place up properly. They are run off their feet trying to gerry-rig the ancient appliances and keep them running.

The apartments are poorly kept up - no two ways about it. There is hair and detritus painted onto the walls of the bathroom. The kitchen and laundry appliances are worn out and unreliable. The windows are single paned and difficult to open/close. The HVAC is terribly inefficient, and can not keep up if the weather gets above 85 degrees or below 55. The poor maintenance guys have no way to fix it, and no budget to call in help.

The grounds are beautiful, with old growth trees and lovely paths - lending perfect cover to the drug dealers and gang members who operate there.

Worst of all though is the carpet. It was old when I moved in, and had been "cleaned" with too much soap, leaving it stiff and sticky. Underneath it is moldy. My lease is up soon and I can't wait to get out of here! ! !
