In my last ten years of renting at various communities, no other place has matched the quickness and thoroughness of the maintenance staff here. When my washing machine started making noise, they simply replaced it. Parking is adequate here. I've heard of complaints of people taking reserved parking spaces that don't belong to them, but at $30/mo it was just a bit pricey for me anyway. It does seem like they slapped on a fresh coat of paint on the apartment before I arrived, without letting anything get in the way, including outlets. I'd have to say the paint job was a bit TOO thorough. Brand new carpet when I arrived and the neighbors actually say hi. The garbage never piles up-- the dumpsters are huge, emptied frequently, and well hidden.

Management staff is nice, although it would be nice if they kept longer hours. The exercise room is quaint but certainly not anything to write home about. It's close to two grocery stores and a Starbucks. This is by far the best place I've ever rented.
