As a military family, we appreciated that they did not charge us ANYTHING upon receiving word that we would be PCS'd out of state (with a 30 day notice). As far as I know from my research, most apt's in the area charged at LEAST 1 month's rent. The pool was nice and well kept, but closed Labor Day weekend, even though it was beautiful into October - a disappointment. Rent did not include any utilities, which just about equals out to the overall cost of my brother's high rise apartment in Arlington. It is a good deal for military families stationed in Quantico.
