Aquia Terrace is one of the nicer complexes in Stafford,the apts are spacious and well maintained, the office staff is super whatever they can do for you they will. I have been here for one year and intend to renew my lease. The area is quiet, pleasent and I am not ashamed to have my friends and family visit. All in all a very good expreience,and I am not easy to please.
