My personal experience with Aquia Terrace was a good one. I had no issues with the office personnel, in fact, they were more than accomodating if we were having problems within the apartment. They were super responsive and had things fixed within 1 day. You can't ask for better than that. I'm really suprised at the negative feedback regarding the ladies in the office. They are super kind and personable!

I've been living here in Aquia Terrace for 3 years now. The best part of the apartments is the 9ft ceilings so you don't feel so closed in. They are super spacious, clean and well taken care of. Yes, you do hear noise from your neighbors, that is typical with apartment living. But everyone seems to do really well with the noise curfew.

The rent is pretty fair for the location. Also, we did not have a huge increase in our rent each year we re-newed. Prior to moving in, I did a thorough search on Apartments from Woodbrige to Stafford, and this was the best choice of apartments in the area. When I saw the apartment for the very first time, I loved it! I was so excited and couldn't wait until we heard that we were approved. I think you, too, will find it an excellent place to live.
