when we first moved in here they were great but as time went by we just realized how over priced they were and make sure you give 60 day notice or you will be stuck here over your lease paying out the butt for the place. There has only been one incident of where cars were broken into and the maintenence is good they get to your problem that day depending on what its severity is. The office staff is rude and not very welcoming. Pool was not taken great care of during the summer and the park is just very exciting for the kids. Over all too pricey and nothing included its rediculous.
