I have lived here for more than two years and I really like it. It was going down hill with the old manager but now with the new manager it is great and I am glad I didn't leave. As for the other ratings on here that complain about the neighborhood those are probably people who are part of the remaining problem, who are unwilling to do anything to help the community they just want to complain. As for the kid who got shot with the beebee gun, he is a child who is never supervised and the girl who shot him was from Stone River not Crescent Pointe. The management can't do anything about those types of things if the compaining residents don't come forward with information and aren't willing to be a part of the community. I love my neighbors and the new management is awesome. I like that this community is small and that the staff lives on-site. It is not perfect but no where is these days.

I Would like to respond to the BB-Gun incident. I am the mother of the child that got shot. It was not a BB-Gun it was a pellet pistol. Also the child that shot him was staying with her aunt on Malvern Hill which is located in Crescent Pointe. She was older than him by 4 years. Also he was supervised. His sister (18 years of age) was home all the time and did know where he was at all times. As a matter of fact he had just gotten off restriction for fighting with this same girl when she shot him. So don't say he was not supervised unless you know the family dynamics. I was at the time a single mother trying to work 2 jobs.
