Our family has only lived here for a few months...and so far we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I am very impressed with the management staff and it is comforting to know the property manager lives on site and she knows what goes on. I love my neighbors (most of them) and I think this is going to be a nice place to raise my children. This place is not ghetto...some ghetto people live here, and it is ruining the image of the property for everyone else. Like I said I am very impressed with the upkeep and constant improvement, and if everyone took pride where they live...maybe it wouldn't be so "ghetto".

YES THE MANAGER DOES LIVE THERE AND I LIVE ON THE SAME ROAD, BUT SO DOES MY NEIGHBOR WHO HAD AN EMERGENCY AND WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER ITS NOT HER WORK HOURS TO LEAVE HER ALONE. I PERSONALLY THINK THE MANAGER IS TOO YOUNG AND A HIPACRIT SHE TELLS US ONE THING BUT DOES ANOTHER WERE NOT ALOUD TO HAVE FRIENDS OUT FRONT OF OUR HOUSES BUT, SHE DOES ALL THE TIME TILL 2-3 IN THE MORNING. SHE REALLY SHOULD BE REPLACED

If you think she's such a bad manager, then take pictures, I'm sure someone has pictures of the "activity" going in and out of your house! It is very nice of you to "act" like you take pride in the community you live in but (its spelled) a "Hypocrit" is someone who talks about the community and the manager but brings problems to the community themselves? You should probably worry about your own household before you worry about anyone else.
