We've lived here for a few months and there are ups and downs. We really like the actual townhome despite no bathroom downstairs, but if you have a problem, don't expect to get it fixed anytime soon. The manager is totally clueless as to what she is doing and I believe she should be replaced with someone more experienced that knows how to run a business which is what being a property manager is. The maintenance is nice but VERY bad about getting back to you. They'll tell you they're going to come back but don't show up for days or weeks. Kids run around constantly with no supervision which gets annoying. We do not plan to renew our lease when it runs out. We pay good money for rent and it's irritating to have to constantly stay on top of them to fix something. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
