When I first moved here, I thought I liked it. The price is great, the townhouse is very spacious and nice. That was until I saw the NEIGHBORHOOD for what it really was. If you moved these townhomes into a nice neighborhood I wouldn't mind living there but really qucikly after moving here we realized how noisey and ghetto it was. Kids and teenagers hang out around the playground area in large groups at all hours of the day and night. They are disrespectful by being loud and noisey. They often use foul and racist language to eachother loud enough for the whole neighborhood to hear. Cars drive by with music blasting. Many times in the early morning I've heard neighbors arguing and fighting and being so loud that it wakes me up. They don't care if you are trying to sleep. The townhouses around me blast music so loud you can hear it pounding through the walls. And don't even get me started on the parking. I have a numbered parking spot but the low-lifes who decide to park in my spot several times a week while I am gone don't seem to care. There has been several times where I had a full load of groceries to bring in my house but had to park in a visitor spot across the street because some inconsiderate jerk parked in my spot. I can't even count how many times I have called the towing company. They always tell me they are on their way but they have NEVER SHOWED UP. Not once has a car been towed for being in my spot. I have even gone to the office and asked for a car to be towed and they said they would call for a tow truck and AS USUAL a tow truck never came. WHAT A JOKE. I pay to park in a spot that half the time I am unable to park in and noone will do anything about it. I feel unsafe in this neighborhood. Maintenance is also a joke. I've asked to have things fixed and they went unfixed for months. All they do is ride around in their little golf cart all day doing nothing. There are always children in the street (unsupervised might I add) and people hanging around in groups around cars being loud. I know drug deals must go on around here. This is not a place you want to raise a family. I can't wait until my lease is up. I WILL NEVER LIVE HERE AGAIN. And I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
