Don't expect to swim in the pool here. They say the pool opens daily except on Mondays, from 12pm-7pm. The lifeguard is never there on time, and if you call the office to see if anyones showed up yet, you get a terrible attitude from whoever answers the phone.. I tried to solve this problem by buying a sprinkler for my kids to play in.. again a problem.. NO WATER PRESSURE FOR THE SPRINKLER TO WORK.
I've even overheard someone from the office tell a lifeguard, after he told her that the water fountain was broken, the it "wasnt required by stafford county for them to supply water"... how heartless in 100 degree weather, not to mention they should have it for the residence who live there regardless. What a crap hole this place is. Don't even get me started on the noise I hear constantly. And this place advertises energy efficent windows'' I DONT THINK SO!! The wind whistles constantly in the winter, and you can feel it coming through. It sounds like a tornado is coming sometimes, terrible! The heat would go right out the window... and it does that with the airconditioning too, I hate this place. And its really not even the neighborhood, its the construction of the place. I shouldnt be able to hear my neighbors next door talking on their cellphone outside, through my bedroom window, when its CLOSED. Jesus, get a grip, its about the money.
