The big issue with this apartment community are the tenants. The maintenance staff are always out there cleaning the grounds, but despite that, there is always trash - apparently, the tenants treat the community like a big dumping ground and then have nerve to complain on how the property looks.

I wouldn't waste money renting an apartment with a "lakeview"......its man-made and it looks more like a big mud puddle than a lake.

The apartments were constructed with cheap materials in the 1990's and it really shows 15 years later. The walls and floors are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor in the bathroom taking his morning whiz. If someone was sitting on the floor and farted, you would hear that too. I don't understand developers line of thinking: going cheap to build a community and then forking out bundles of money to keep it up when they could have made a bigger initial investment to build nicer, more structurally sound apartments from the get-go.

Because of the thin walls and windows, you can hear everything that goes on outside. Vehicles idling, people screeching their tires, blasting there music at all hours of the night.

As far as management is concerned - I didn't have any real problems with them old or new.
