I have been here almost a year. I still have not had things replaced that were broken or needed to be fixed from my initial move-in list. Then add on all the things that have broken since then. No returned calls EVER, and I even went to the extreme of going up there with a list of things that needed to be fixed. Still only once have they come out here(read below)!!!
For instance this winter, $350 electric bills, this summer, forget it, it's june and my apartment is so hot it's above the 80 degrees on the thermostat. I have to have fans running at all times. They came out to fix the ac and told me they had motors on order that was a month ago. I asked the maint guy about other problems and he told he would be back. He never showed. They even had to replace my dining room light, it fell out of the ceiling and onto the dinner table while we were eating!!! My smoke detector was so sensitive it would go off while burning candles. I pulled it out of the ceiling. Thank God my house hasn't caught on fire. The windows in this place are horrible, all of them have broken seals, so that doesn't help your energy bills at all. I guess they are too cheap to replace them. There is ample parking and like everyone says, they tow all the time and for stupid crap! I gave up on the dishwasher long ago, i just wash things by hand, because it sure as hell doesn't work. I've replaced the plugs in the toilets, because they went bad and the toilet ran all the time. Oh and watch out for ANTS!
I left a glass of tea on the kitchen counter one night and the next morning when i walked out of my room I thought my daughter had colored on the floor and wall with a black crayon, upon closer inspection, the crayon was movingm it was ants!! They somehow came through the closed glass sliding door.
It's very noisy , especially with the commuter lot and people blasting their music at all hours. Stray cats all over the place, I took one in and she was pregnant! Have to take care of kittens and get them new homes now! Great!!
The time the maint guys are walking around doing who knows what on the ground keeping, they could have been in my apartment nd probably everyone else's for that matter, fixing things.
My list would probably go on forever, but these are the most serious issues. I will never ever ever recommend this place to anyone. Only 3 more weeks and I am outta this, cliche i know, "GHETTO"!!!!!!
