Well, I rented here because it was the first place I found and I have a public service job where I don't get paid much, so I couldn't afford anything better. There are lots of parking spaces, some a little farther from your building, but the parking lot is very poorly lit. Noise is generally quiet during the week, but very loud on weekends, especially late at night. Literally situated in the backyard of some homes. The grounds are okay but nothing to cheer about. Some flowers; a lake but its a little messy with too many ducks. Very messy, never clean the hallways. Lots of bugs. Seems like they used the cheapest building material available. Freezing in winter, sweltering in summer, to the point of making one ill. Hard to get people here to work on things and when they do come they seem to do a quick fix-up rather than actually take the time to see the problem and fix it. Staff is nice enough as long as you do what you have to, but generally unprofessional and poorly skilled (e.g. math and spelling abilities...) Finally the negative aspects compelled me to find somewhere else- farther away but that I could still afford.
