The current manager used to be receptionist and assistant and is extremely rude and insensitive. The 2nd floor apt leaked and went through the first floor and into the basement where I lived. It was someone's overflowed toilet. I have pictures! It was green and smelly. The carpet was nasty and they refused to clean it. They even tried to clean the 1st floor apt before the guy came home from vacation, but luckily we were still there to tell him. He found mold and mildew all behind his dressers and in the areas that were covered up. It was unsanitary. While my closet, bathroom and kitchen were completely filled with toilet water the manager said, it still liveable. Don't be surprised, they'll tell you the same thing. Everything breaks and maintenance are family members hooked up with a job and free rent. The staff and maintenance enter apartments and watch tv and "entertain" some of the apartment renters with "special" activities. The people on saturday's never know anything that's going on. Their favorite lines are "i'm not sure, you'll have to wait till monday" Nice huh, my husband and I both took off work to settle these types of incidents. Neighbors are racist. I've failed complaint after complaint. Parking is terrible. They tow everybody. I was towed 3 times. I've found my passes tossed on the floor after they've been taped sealed. First of all, in any job, people are going to move up in their careers. Just because the manager was a receptionist does not mean she doesnt know what shes talking about. second of all, if it was so god awful, why were you here for so long? that doesnt make sense. and the maintence men? two are black and one is white....how are they all family members?? you should reconsider your argument about these things. i agree with your anger with your leaking problem but dont dog the manager because your a bitter person.
