-My apartment was infested with mice. After talking with neighbors, I found out the entire building was infested. Mgmt's solution was to move me to another building (at my expense). I ended up breaking my lease and moving. The level of the infestation--> I found 6 dead mice in my apartment after putting down bait/poison.

-Neighbors are loud, and hang out in front of the buildings.

-Property is poorly maintained. Everything in the apartment is old and cheap.

-About 100 ducks on the property, so there is duck poop everywhere. Also, dog poop everywhere. Complex allows large dogs--Rotweilers, Pits, etc.

- Stupid parking policy. Plenty of parking space for everyone, but they issue passes. The towing company walks around the complex at 5 in the morning, looking for cars to tow. My car has been towed twice--even with a pass. Somehow, the pass ends up on the floor, and then the excuse is that the pass wasn't in "plain view." $100 to get your car out.

-Managemt is unresponsive. Have to call 10 times to get something done--and they never return phone calls.
