Management has really gone nutty now. After they caused all the problems that you are already aware of from my previous postings. (you know, not renewing our lease for god knows what reason, changing locks all the time with no intent to tell us, losing money, swearing and threatening me in the parking lot, hanging out with residents on their free time at the complex, telling my husband that he threatened them because he said there was a car parked in a fire lane. etc etc.) Anyway, we moved out. Long gone! But guess what' Lakewood doesn't stop there! Not only have they called my husband's work but they have called mine today. This is after I moved out. They say I'm talking trash on this site when in fact, I've said nothing but the truth. Management asked to speak to my District Manager about these personal issues. Well I am in property management as well and my DM simply does not have time for this meaningless nonsense. Anyway, I called management at Lakewood and asked what exactly they wanted seeing as they never once tried contacting me. They are even going to the point of writing my DM a letter which she refuses to read. Let me ask you this people... do you really want to live in a place that if things don't go their way, they call your place of business' I mean really... what does this have to do with my work' Or my husband's for that matter. I don't know who they're trying to kid. Are we going to get fired or something because Lakewood doesn't like us''' HAha try again Lakewood. Both of our jobs want nothing to do with you. Meanwhile, before my husband even found out that management had tried getting me in trouble at work, they stopped him and tried apologizing about the whole thing saying it's now got personal. Well Lakewood... I'm sorry to tell you but it got personal way before this week. You started this whole thing. We did nothing to you but minded our business but because you didn't like us, you started calling our jobs and giving us notices. They tried to do our final walk through without maint. and say we threaten them all the time when none of that is true. Now all of a sudden because we voice our opinion on this site they are feeling that it's personal. Well that's not right. They wanted nothing more than to leave us homeless but when they found out we had a BETTER place to live, they kept it going by contacting us after we moved. So it's not personal on you guys, but it's personal with you against us because you just can't control yourself. So meanwhile, they tell my husband that they are afraid of their reputation getting ruined... well isn't nice how they can try to mess with other people's reputation though' The great thing about it is, our reputations are so great and we are so well known on the base that there's nothing they can do to ruin ours. We did nothing wrong and will continue doing nothing. No one ruined their reputation... they never had one and if they did, they would have ruined it themselves. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

oh my gosh. That is crazy. Thanks but no thanks. I was going to check it out because it was cheap but like they always say, you get what you pay for. Any suggestions?
