I'm not being vindictive, I'm being honest. The office staff is so ridiculously bad. We wrote a letter to have something done and heard nothing back. We called about it and the woman who answered had no idea what to do and said someone would have to call us. We then went by the office and a different woman said she was not able to handle that, someone would have to call us. Can you guess- no one ever contacted us. Maybe the former management company was unprofessional, but these people are just incompetent! The place is falling apart and it is very unsafe. A number of people have been robbed or assaulted while standing outside, and vandalism to the cars in the parking lots has been widespread. The grounds are dirty and unkempt; stray animals are everywhere. I can say that I've never had any trouble from the maintenance staff as far as rudeness or such things, they've generally been very pleasant; in the past I have had to have them return multiple times to get something fixed correctly.
