I've only lived here for a few months and I hate it here. At first, you think, it seems nice, but after living here a short time, it sucks. Everyone I know that has moved in here has gone the first few months without A/C. When it happened to me, I was lucky enough to get a wall unit. It's definitely not worth the price I pay for living here. And there are always people hanging around outside the buildings and most of the time, I don't feel safe walking through the parking lot. The maintenence staff is pretty good. As far as the apartment goes, I've seen better. There were so many discrepancies I had to write on the paper they give you when you move in. There are leaky faucets, shoddy construction, and a list of other things wrong that have yet to be fixed. I can't call the office every single day to report everything, but it seems like thats what you have to do to get anything done in this place. I can't wait to get out of this lease. Anyone thinking of living here should definitely reconsider!

I lived there for 2 year I moved out in 2/2008. This guy is so right. I would never go back, every this he says is still going on. They really need help there.
