I am so glad we are done with this place so I can finally write an honest review. We lived here for only a year and I can honestly say it was the worst year of my life. The first few weeks were okay but after that everything went downhill. Our whole building didn't have water for three days due to a pipe problem. My husband had the stomach flu at this time, I was pregnant and we weren't able to use our bathroom. We had to spend 300.00 staying in a hotel for this time. The other tenants have no respect for others. There were loud parties going on every night with people screaming outside our window at all hours of the night. Literally it was always something going on. As for move out, these people try to squeeze every last penny out of you. Charges for ANYTHING. The office staff is terribly unprofessional and would rather argue with you instead of compromise. They give you this fake front so you will move in but once they have you in a contract they could care less. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful, worry-free home, this is NOT the place for you.

This person is a nut case. I still live at Lakewood, My apartment faces the pond. I hear no one outside yelling or anything for that matter, after the sun goes down. As for parties, there have only been one in my building. The office staff needs a lot of help with there people skills
