I have lived at the Pointe at Stafford for a year now and I am amazed at the staff (sometimes even short staffed). There is one maintenance man on property but he is awesome. The pool isn't open yet but instead of them opening it late and closing it on time, they are leaving it up open longer. I read what another resident said about this place and I honestly think they might be the problem. They have options for the military and even discounts. They offer yearly prices for military even though we are here for 6 months or even less. Now they have a parking policy but there are people that are bringing four or five cars (or motorcycles that take up the whole parking space)that hinders people getting a parking space. I am very happy with my apartment and if I wasn't in the military I would stay here for a while, but who knows where I will be.
