Probably not

I am not a fan of this apartment complex. I lived there for a complete year. Because I didn't have a sticker on my car the very FIRST day I was there, they towed it. Also, a friend's car was parked in the VISITORS parking lot and was towed. They said that all of the parking spaces were visitor's EXCEPT for that one. hmmm, it would help if it was clearly marked. Everyone I knew had their car towed at least once for odd reasons.
The appliances in the kitchen all went out about the same time and it took over 2 months to get them all replaced. The AC went out a few times in the middle of the Virginia hot summer. We were given an AC unit that sits in your window. The unit filled our house with cigarette smoke in the 1st 30 seconds, we had to turn it off and sleep in the heat. I hope the maintenance is better now.
A friend accross the hallway had her bathroom flooded from the bathroom upstairs. There was yellow and brown yuck EVERYWHERE that SHE was left to clean up (I helped her since she was 6 months pregnant at the time). The complex did stop the flooding though.
Another friend's refrigerator stopped working and ruined all of their food. They were not compensated. It is not the apartment's responsibility anyway to completely fix the problems but at least they could have been sympathetic in all cases.

The pool was nice the few times it was open. The grounds were nice and well kept. When it snowed, they did a good job of clearing the sidewalks. We had good neighbors since it was mostly military members that lived there.

Most of what happened to us was probably a fluke thing, but it did not make me happy how most things were handled. If we didn't have any of those problems it would have been just fine. The apartment was old and very outdated, but you get what you pay for right' If you want a nicer apartment then look down the road and there are other options for varied prices. These were the least expensive ones that we found. Good luck!
