My fiance and I just moved here the beginning of July and we've had no complaints about the property at all. It is very military friendly and everyone we have met here have been the nicest people. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff is there either on the day you put in the request or the very next day. It seems alsmot everyone has a dog so the neighborhood is extremely dog friendly. We do not have kids ourselves but the pool amenities are great and there are quite a few parks in the area with nature trails and family friendly activities. Plus being so close to base (about 3 miles from main gate and maybe 2 from the BX gate) allows more access to playgrounds, pools, hiking trails, not to mention the BX and Commissary. There are also plenty of places to dine out or catch a movie and tons of shopping centers jsut a few exits away on 95. We're very happy with our decision to rent here :)
