Well I didn't get the chance to stay there a full night. After walking into my so called apartment for the first time, I was outraged. There was smell of animal in the are. Ok I assumed cause the front and back door and windows were open and it was raining a little bit, that, that was the cause. WRONG! Looking down after cleaning the non updated kitchen as they said, there was yellow stains on the carpet, and as the vacuum lines disappeared from all the walking back in and fourth the smell had gotten stronger. This had pissed me off. I contacted the office the following morning to talk to someone about cleaning the carpet. My eyes were red and irritable from that house and my son was on the verge of having an asthma attact. Well someone said she'd call me back in 20mins, and didnt, as I knew. so I left. Well she did call back and spoke to the Wrong Ms. Thompson. My mother. my mother explained to her the situation and she bagan to pass words with my mom. so getting back I called her and again was told she wasn't there. so I left my cell number for her to call me. she did 3mins later. SO rude and nasty. I was informing her that I was on my over to talk to her, and she had the never to rush me and tell me that she didnt have all day. SO unprofessional. then when I get there, she's sitting there with my money orders on the table. I just let her know how rude and ignornant she was. and how un professional she is. and if she was pretty much making my decision for me then fine. gave her, the keys. All she had to say was, we'll handle this on monday cause I dont work the weekends. thankyou and we could had been sitting down talkin about it. but to be just rude and nasty, and say ---- out your mouth, is uncalled for. so I hope they look forward to a call from the BBB and The corprate office alng with a few other people i've contacted!
