I am not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. We have been here for a little over 3 months now. I have never seen ANY old furniture around the place, much less beer bottles on the ground. The apartments aren't new, but they're very well maintained. When we moved in, the entire apartment was thoroughly cleaned; all I could smell was paint and cleaner(s). This is definitely NOT a college-type place. It is mainly USMC - all hard working and respectful neighbors. The office and maintenance staff have gone out of their way for us any time we've had a request, even sending out mail and faxes for me. I think the helpful reviews are from people who actually live (or have lived) at a place - not just someone that looked at an apartment. I sense some type of ulterior motive here. The spelling kind of tips off what type of person this is..."dissapointed" is disappointed, "walked passed" would be walked past. Just look for yourself.
