I lived at the Pointe for two years and thought it was a very nice place. I only ever had a few maintenance issues and all were taken care of promptly. Even a water leak that occurred at night was quickly responded to. Grounds were clean and generally quiet. I had some neighbors that liked to play loud music in the middle of the night but other than that there was very little noise. As others have noted, most residents are in the military and thus come and go fairly frequently. Parking was tight sometimes but only once did I have to park far away from my own apartment due to unavailability of spots. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Good apartment size and quality at a fair rental rate compared to other apartments in the area. I only left because I bought a home in the area and was kind of sad to leave such a nice place!
