Very clean and well-organized community with strictly enforced tenant rules. In some areas, children seem to get out of control.. but this has not been a problem in my particular block. It is hard to beat the combination of size/price offered by these apartments. Two assigned parking spaces per unit. I have had no problems or complaints
thus far.
