Not a good place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
In my year living at sky terrace,
I would not give it a good review. There were several incidents. A teenager was shooting kids with a BB gun. There was an attempted abduction. Kids were breaking into cars. Things were moved and stolen from my back porch. My friend was given a public intoxication fine for drinking two steps off of his porch. I have seen stafford county police countless times in the neigborhood.
In addition, the neighborhood is becoming ghetto. There are many nice white and black families, but the neighborhood is shifting to total ghetto. Kids play in the street and don't move for cars. The children are totally disrespectful. A 6 year told my wife
