Sky Terrace

 

I have been living here for about 8 months now.

Although I really like the actual townhome as it is modern and roomy, I do have some complaints about the community.

I agree with others about the problem with very young children running around all hours of the day and night unsupivised.

The reason I say this is that I have had damage done to my car more than once as well as trash left in my yard and kids banging up against the wall of the townhome.

Also, although it is fairly quiet here, we do seem to have a problem with our neighbors playing their music very, very load in both their cars and houses.

I am fairly tolerant, but when I am woken at 3am my patience pretty much goes out the window.

I agree that it is reasonably cheap place for what you get, however with the rent going up $100 when we renew I am thinking of moving elsewhere.

We are only here because it is one of the few places in the area that we could find a place that wasn't locked down by this tax break deal many of the apartments etc.

Overall, it is not a bad place to live, but I have to say we had less problems living in an apartment in VA Beach than here.
