Read all the comments and on a trip out here from the west decided to check the place out.

1-Trash is a problem dumpsters are overflowed and people put stuff on the sides only invites more wildlife and cats.

2-Pulled in the back way the gate was broken.

Why go to the expense of a nice high fence when a flimsy 2x4 protects the entrance'

3-The place has ghetto qualities.

Yes the place looks nice and landscape is set up but I got the same feeling as driving through some jects in chicago.

Twice I came to a complete stop as kids stood in the road some on bikes talking.

Almost had to honk.

Did see a four year old on his own.

Pretty independent kid.

4- The kids must have grown up because the ones in the street are teenagers and have attitude when you pass them.

Being in Law Enforcement didn't see any real gang signs.

Just some wannabe's, but those are the dangerous kind.

Think they have to prove something.

I'm now looking elsewhere in the area.

Did go visit a different place and talked to some of the tenents mostly black and seemed quite nice and helpful.

One even offered a tour of their apartment because it was sunday night.

Tried talking to some at this apartment and they didn't even respond.

I don't think the ghetto is race issue it's attitude in the people there.

Sky Harbor has some serious attitude problems.
