Obveously the last statement was from one of the office staff. I don't know about anyone else, but everytime I go to the office everyone is always sitting on their fat butts.
Just to give you a little information if you plan on living here....
1) when you call the office to tell them of a problem that you have in your house, don't expect the maintance staff to come out for a couple days atleast. Not the maintance staff's fault, but the office just "forgets" to tell them you called. 5 calls later you may get someone there.
2) Children DO NOT move when you are driving through the neighborhood. My husband had to almost get out of the car and show the children how to move.
3) People don't know that you have to drive SLOW through the neighborhood. They think it is I-95 and when you yell at them to slow down they get cocky. My neighbor talked to them about putting is speed bumps but they said it would hurt some of the vehicles and are too expensive or something. Personally I would love it since I seen a little girl almost get smacked with a car when she was riding her bike.
Well you choose were you live but when the rent goes up $100 like everytime you renew...I don't know about you but I don't think that is a reasonable raise. Granted raising the rent is one thing but $100 a pop no thanks.

I agree... Everytime I walk in that office they are ALWAYS stuffing their faces... They get SO offended when we write a review... Usually when people get THAT upset about something its because its true... These ladies are so hard to deal with. I havent talked to one person here that really enjoys the office ladies. In fact the response them runs for cover in the other direction... IF you have a complaint about something they wont do it but if they need you to do something you better move quick fast and in a hurry or else. Im sorry as I recall I LIVE HERE NOT THEM!
