We've lived here now for 3 years and I would classify it as a good experience. We've had our issues, like loud music & car alarms, illegal dogs and concerns for the 'type' of neighborhood we're living in. However, we have made some wonderful friends, met great people and never had a problem that the office personnel did not address. I have always taken all my concerns to the office and it seems that each time the issues were resolved or atleast improved. The rental rates are very good for this area and the units a quite spacious. We will stay here til we are ready to buy our next home!!
