When i moved i recieved a notice stating that i owed $294.34 so i sent in a check that had gotten cashed, months later i recieved a letter stating that i still owe that money, so i called my bank and gotten a copy of the cashed check, then i called the management office, they said that they where holding my cashed check in there hands and it was a mistake. I have recently recieved a letter stating that i am in collection for that amount, if the worst comes then i will persue this through the courts, and i very confident that i will come out on top

Yeah, they are good at that up at the office... They sent letters TO EVERYBODY stating that we owe $300 for a pet dep... I had payed it already in Sept... I think they are just money hungry either that or they dont know how to keep their records straight.. Either way they really are horrible at their job...
