If I was anyone I would just run the other way instead of renting here...granted for the price and the townhouses its a really good deal and all...but as much crap that has been going on here for the past 1 1/2 years i feel COMPLETELY UNSAFE!! With in the past couple months there has been so many people getting their tires slashed I lost count..there was almost a shoot out behind one of my friends house before they called the cops and they came...there were a number of fights were knifes were involved and there was a stabbing at the front gate...or should i say front 2X2!! You say anything to the office about your tires and they say "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO!" It took one of the office ladies to get talked to harshly for her to even say that they are going to get a metal gate and security cameras on every corner...HELLO!! they just told a lot of residents this summer that they couldn't afford a security guard, so how are they going to afford all this other stuff''' There was a women that went to the office before she moved in and asked how the neighborhood was and of course she said "OH ITS GREAT NO PROBLEMS!" I would like to know what neighborhood she was talking about the one in her mind maybe..I have 2 kids and we are getting out as soon as our lease expires..because even though its UNSAFE to live here they tell you that they can't assure your safety when you move in...ITS CALLED A SECURITY GUARD!! Then I guarantee that these tire slashings won't happen..This place has just turned into the gheto...you have unquestionable neighbors that hang out on their porches until 4 or 5 in the morning with their music blaring in their cars...flying up and down the roads with little kids getting out of school...they scream to the top of their lungs to call for someone that is a block down...ITS CALLED A TELEPHONE!!..There is just so much wrong and unsafe about this place i don't know were to start or finish! My filter has been changed 3 times since i lived here in almost 2 years..its supposed to be changed EVERY MONTH!! Then we get a letter on our doors talking about the pool rules because kids that didn't live here would come and swim...but what about the kids and adults for that matter that don't live here that hang out until 4 or 5 in the morning with nobody that lives here!! What about the tires that are getting slashed...but if you ask the office "NOBODY THAT LIVES HERE WOULD DO THAT!!" it came out of the offices mouth not mine!! I really recommend RUNNING AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP AS POSSIBLE!! THE OFFICE LADIES ARE NOTHING BUT LAZY!! *******TALK TO PEOPLE ON BABCOCK & SCATTERED PINES AND SEE HOW THE NEIGHBORHOOD REALLY IS***********

I'M SURE IT'LL BE ON THE *DO NOT RENT LIST* FOR THE MILITARY REALLY SOON....BECAUSE WE WILL MAKE SURE OF IT!!
