Well we have lived here for a few years and have completly watched this place go down hill, no matter how much you suggest, complain, the management always has some sort of excuse or a way to snub you off, there is no respect for others property, complete lack of supervision of kids and animals and at night people who wander the street, hang out in groups on the corner.
It can get pretty scary sometimes, car tires slashed windows broken, fights.
You can say things like this happen in every neighbor hood but not like this, besides that I work very hard for my money, and to pay as much as we do for lack of concern from the mgmt.
and the feeling of being scared in your own home isn't worth it..we'll be moving really soon.
Its too bad this place used to be nice.
