As I see there are so many complaints about the staff and safety, I wonder why nothing is being done by the district office. I've been here for only a few months and what a mistake that was. We are paying for a security gate which is always broke and let me tell you it is just a 2x4 piece of wood that is constantly broke and not functional. I have complained to the office about the violence going on within the complex, vandalism and as well as maintenance issues. I understand that the maintenance crew is under staffed, so LET's HIRE MORE. The office staff are lazy and incompetent to their customer needs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FAMILIES TO LIVE!!! BAD ENVIRONMENT!!!!

Oh but if you talk to the staff everything is our fault... The staff hates their residents. Its easy to see. I would also like to know why the distict office is doing nothing about the staff...
