We have lived here for almost a year now, and we would NOT recommend this place to anyone anymore. At first we were really excited to find a townhome here that we could rent for a good price rather then an apartment. Now that we live here it's nothing but crap all the time! First off theres the neighbors that are constantly running around here at like 2am-4am, and slashing tires! Fights break out most of the time, mostly from the surrounding neighborhoods! Secondly, the front gates are always broken, ok so I'm going to use a peice of plywood to make people not get into our community too! Sheesh! Put up something thats not going to break when someone touches it with their finger! Street lights are non-existant in some places here. Which causes more violance in some streets here because they fight where people can't see them, which runs the residents electric bill up because we now have to leave our front porch lights on every night just so we can see into the street! My neighbor has been here for over 6 years now, and she said that it's NEVER been fixed in front of her home! She's called people to handle the problem, but they come..try to fix it, doesn't get fixed...and then the cycle happens all over again! Another problem is the customer service of the staff! They are so lazy! Over a month ago they were suppose to fax over my information to the alarm system company for our townhome, last night it went off by our friend when he was leaving and they still sent the police over here because I wasn't in their system still! LAZY! I called again today about it, and she said that they faxed it, but she'll handle it. I doubt that she will, if I call the alarm company tomorrow or even later today I'm sure that they will say that nothing was faxed, and nothing is in the system. Nor will I hear anything from the towmhome office telling me that everything was fixed! I'm VERY tired of them! I walked into the office one day, they were all sitting there talking to each other, not even bothering that I even walked in for a good minute! They have a bell that sounds when someone walks in but didn't pay any mind to it! One last thing before I stop my rant...When we first moved in we forgot to switch over our electric until about 2 months later, we didn't recieve any statement from the office until about 6 months LATER (now) and they wanted the money from us not switching it over within ONE WEEK! What if we didn't have the money for it in one week' Outragous! So whomever is thinking about living here, PLEASE reconsider! They never call back when you are trying to apply here, and they are VERY inconsiderite to their tentants. Thank goodness we're only here until July 2007 or I would have to break my lease!
