I lived in Sky Terrace the first half of 2003, before moving elsewhere. It's funny to see that the situation hasn'e changed even after a couple years. We liked teh place, and it's proximity to TBS (I'm military, obviously). This is unfortunately a case of a nice place turned bad by piss-poor management. Some examples:
-After snow, the snow plows pushed all the snow onto the cars. Front Office didn't care, and we shoveled ourselves out.
-Freezer broke, and they finally fixed it after reporting it several times
-They tried to keep an extra months rent when I moved out. I finally got it nack after talking to the corporate office (Hercules Property)
-The obvious staff retaliation on this site shows the level of unprofessionalism...read them yourself.
-Too many others to list.
For you military folks gong to TBS, it may look alluring at first. But STAY AWAY!! They have been reported to the base housing office several times, and are the extremely military UN-friendly.

I moved there in October 2002 and was there for the first half of 2003, all of the neighbors had to get together and help each other get their cars our of the snow from the plows, we did mention it to the office but they did not care, it was not their problem, so snow plows did their job from what they said.

OH but they say the won some stupid award in 2003 for this place... We must all be liars right/ Thats what they claim by the way... we are a bunch of liars... When we moved in we were told that we pay extra in our rent for a gated community... It hasnt been gated since we moved in... So please tell me why we pay it... And when I questioned it I was attacked with rudeness... "oh We never said that" So baiscly the manager is calling us ALL liars because if you talk to any of the residents here they will tell you the same thing...
