This place is the worst ever. The office staff are lazy and incompetent. Everytime I walk into the office they are all sitting around and talking and eating. They put a bell on the door for when someone walks in and they still don't move when you come in. When you tell them about a problem, they lie to your face and tell you that they will get right on it. YEAH RIGHT!!! The office staff is just clearly here just to earn a pay check. The security gate(2x4 piece of wood) is always broke and the street lights are always out. The maintenance staff is clearly under staffed. Do something about and hire more maintenance staff. BUT GET RID OF THE OFFICE STAFF!!!!! I know one of the girls from the office actually lives here. She actually told me it was a great place to live. LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE. I always pay my rent on time, so you would think that something would actually get done around here. I WILL BE MOVING OUT WHEN MY LEASE IS OVER. SEE THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THE OFFICE STAFF, IT CLEAR THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM.

Funny thing is, is that the girl who used to work here has a dog on the do not have list and is way over the limit I wonder if she pays any fees...

She now the Property Manager at the Park Ridge Townhomes, so what ever you do don't go there either. She still lives in Sky Terrace and yes I know she has dogs and a cat. Way too many animals. When she worked here she probably forgot to mention in her paperwork about the animals. HOW CONVENANT!!!!!!!!!
