I have had nothing but problems since I moved in.First of all how can a gated community not have a gate' It's a yellow stick that is usually broken and anyone can drive right into the neighborhood.The residents of this neighborhood are supposed to feel safe but I'm sure that a yellow stick does not make them feel secure at night.Also the people at the office are idiots.The are more concerned about who does or does not have a pool pass then to concern themselves with problems such as burnt out streetlights and dirty mattresses that sit by the trash for weeks at a time.I had to call the office 3 times with an ant infestation in my food pantry.I spoke with Ashley and she told me to remove everything from the pantry and to wipe it down with bleach.Thanks Ashley,I did not know that bleach was a natural remedy for killing ants.Finally the pest control guy came after there was an ant party in my syrup.Also the smoke detectors had to be replaced so the maintenance guy came to remove them and said he would be back in 15 minutes.They never came back that day and when I called the office they said they will send him back asap.He came back 4 days later with new smoke detectors.Thank god we did not have a fire in the house during this time.My alarm system does not work either.It's another wonderful security feature at Sky Terrace that is also usless,kinda like the yellow stick.During the summer months there always seems to be an excuse for the pool being closed.I think it's so they don't have to moniter the pool area and instead sit in the air conditioned office and eat doritos all day.Also there is no lifeguard on duty at any time so it's basically swim at your own risk.We pay for the pool and "gated community" but rarely get to benifit from these features.Worst of all I have lived here for 2 plus years and recently bought a new car and did not have a chance to get a decal so it was towed from right in front of my door at 2:00 in the afternoon.Can you imagine my horror when I walked outside with my 2 year old and a daiper bag and my car was gone' I called the police to report it stolen when it hit me that maybe it was towed.I called the office and to my surprise Ashley answered the phone.When I told her my car was gone she said " I know, I called it in to the towing company." I asked why and she said because it did not have a decal and it was parked in the recreational spot.I was in front of my house,not a rec spot and she knew very well that it was either mine or my husbands car.All in all,it cost me $150.00 to get my car back.All because you have useless people in the office who drive around the neighborhood all day looking for cars to tow instead of fixing the problems that are all over the place,like my new enemy "The yellow Stick".So if your considering moving in please reconsider.We are moving as soon as our lease is up and we will be happier some place else.Don't waste your money with what they claim to offer because it is all lies and misconceptions.

AMEN!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET TREATED NICELY IS IF YOU GO TO COURT FOR THEM>>>> THESE PEOPLE ARE UNBELIEVEABLY RUDE TO EVERYBODY
