First off I would like to say that my husband and I have a almost 2 year old daughter... We DO parent her... The staff seems to believe that nobody in this place knows how to parent our children and I take GREAT offense to that. Second, we pay our rent everytime on time. Third, we did NOT lie on our appt nor do we have bad credit. Fourth, we have NEVER had the cops called on us. We are quiet neighbors that follow the rules. Also, I do not go up there everyday and have something to say... I try my hardest to not have to deal with those office ladies. Now that that is out of the way. I would like to say that the office ladies are horrible... They say the reasons that people have problems with them are that you dont pay rent, you lie on your app, you have bad credit, or you children dont know how to act... The manager is SO extremly rude. She said and I quote " The residents are TO LAZY to remember their codes for the front gate and that is one of the reasons the gate isnt in serivce" "YOUR childern run a muck around the place and thats why the gate is broken" Well let me tell you this... Ive lived here since MAY and I havent been TO LAZY to remember my code... Would you like to know why' Because it hasnt been in service since I have lived here thats why... The back gate has NEVER worked period. The manager talks to the residents as if we are her child. Last I checked I was an adult and I deserve to be treated like one. Espically since we do pay our rent on time and keep a watchful eye on our child. To the military families... Dont move in here. We are their main source for rent. They dont seem to really support the military either. They seem to HATE the military families... Which is funny since we have housing allowance so you know you are getting the rent. Its like they sit up there eating their bonbons, thinking of who they can mess with next and what off the wall thing they can bug us with... They are money hungry... Always trying to find a way to fine people. If they are really bored they will call the towing company and have them take your car... THEN they will lie about it. They dont know how to let people just live in peace. Leave us alone! Find a different hobby ladies. I have never been treated so horrible in my life by someone that should have some kind of custmerservice. They say the put in work orders but I higly doubt that. When we moved in I found 2 blinds were broken... Oh by the way you have to pay $25 each to replace the blinds. They never came to fix the blinds/ One of them fell on my foot the FIRST day we moved and and sliced my foot open... The same blinds six months later still not fixed falls on my daughters head and she now has a huge scar on her forhead. So many things in our house are broken and have been that way since we moved in. They could give to craps about us. Even though we pay rent they dont care. Just as long as they get a pay check. I seriously wonder if we have mold growing in this house since there has been water coming out of our water heater closet almost all summer... Listen to this... They told me to beat on a pipe to make it stop leaking... Are you serious'! Needless to say, it didnt work and water STILL comes out... Lovely living in mold isnt it' Will they do anything about it... Who knows... They just dont want to deal with the residents. I guess nobody told then when they interviewed for the job that they would have to take care of us. I dont expect them to babysit my daughter or come hold my hand so they can cut it out with those comments. I expect to be treated with respect since I pay my rent, dont cause problems, and watch over my child... Is that truely to much to ask for' So I leave you with this in mind... The office staff is Not helpful, Generally a pain to deal with. This would be a great place to live if it wasnt for them.
