A lot of military families here are working on getting this place blacklisted.
The office staff is rude and disrespectful.
My townhome was dirty when we moved in, yet they expect it in "tip top shape" when we move out to transfer.
The office staff is the WORST I've had to deal with yet and I've rented at least 10 different places in the last 6 years of having to move due to the military.
I have perfect rental history and was still expected to pay an inflated deposit despite being military.
I also have something to say for people with bad credit.
Just because you have bad credit doesn't mean that you are a bad person or will pay your rent late or will be a trouble tenant.
It just means that as young adults we didn't know what an impact that credit actually is and has on our lives.
And since it takes 7 years or more for a negative to fall off your report, we have to live with those bad decisions we made 5-6 years ago.
So all you office staff that claim that you have better things to do than sit on the computer and read these reviews...Quit blaiming the tenants for our opinions.
We live here and we have better things to do than to sit on the computer and lie! Your obviously biased because the bad reviews reflect negatively on you and you are defensive.
You know you don't do anything unless you have to.
If you ladies were really competant in your job, you wouldn't have to harrass your tenants to come back in the office months after they move in to sign things in their lease that should have already been signed before move in.
Why don't you actually try doing your job, which is making a peaceful environment for your tenants and tell the maintenance when things go wrong and need to be fixed.
I have been lied to to my face about things that you said before I moved in.
I was told things would get done and that was a condition upon my moving in.
I wasn't told about major maintanence issues before I moved in, and when I addressed them, I was told it wasn't going to get fixed.
But did you even try to get a professional out here to see about it' NO, you didn't.
BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE!!!! I honestly don't know why you are in the job you are in.
Customer Service is supposed to be number one and in this complex, we are last.
I also resent being told that we as tenants will incur maintenance issues that we need to pay for, that it isn't the office's job to pay.
Well, last time I checked, I paid RENT NOT A MORTGAGE.
SO YES! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY!!!!! The only thing I should have to pay for is to clean my home and change the lightbulbs.
Anything else, is the complex's responsibility.
I really wish you would get off your high horses or whatever throne you are on, and take a step back.
Why would so many people complain, people that don't even know one another, year after year, about the same problems!'!'!' The main problem people are complaining about is the office staff.
The maintenance hasn't been an issue unless they aren't told in the first place, that something needs fixing, like our AC UNIT!!!! It's just really sad that you are so selfish and lazy to make your tenants and their young children suffer in 90 degree heat cause you are lazy.
I could go on and on about everything that is wrong, but I'm sure I've made my point VERY clear.
and if it's the last thing I do, this place WILL get blacklisted!
