I just wanted to give my opinion of living at Sky Terrace. We moved in February 2004 and just moved out December 2007 when we purchased our first home. I never really had any problems while living at Sky Terrace. I would get upset about how people kept breaking the gate. I think they should have a metal gate that isn't able to be broken. When we would call for maintenance, he would fix our problem promptly and correctly. The ladies in the front office always gave us very professional and friendly assistance whenever we needed it. The grounds were very well maintained. They could probably use a few more trash dumpsters. I will definitely miss it on Halloween. We always had such a great time with the trick or treaters. I think your neighborhood is what you make it.

I agree about the gate, I live at the begining of Goose Pond and have actually seen people trying to go around the gate just to knock it down. A metal gate is a great idea, let them mess their cars up if they want to get in so bad. Then again, the back gate has been broken for years, they could just drive through there anyway.
