I lived at Sky terrace for 1 year. I was stationed at TBS. Good locale for Onville TBS gate, just watch the hours and FBI traffic.

This place isn't terrible, but it isn't fantastic either. The townhomes themselves are in relatively good condition (mainly because they are only a few years old), sky terrace townhomes are packed in close, so you will have neighbors all around. There are alot of children running around at various times, sometimes I have had to tell them to move out of the road (playing basketball), I've stopped a few younger kids from throwing stones at and around vehicles.

Management is not impressive, they are focused purely on keeping the units rented out (which is their job) but don't expect anything more or less out of them. Ashley is one of the leasing agents and she just follows orders. Cindy is the head leasing/sales agent and she is only focused on keeping units filled not resident satisfaction, so don't expect anything extra from these people. I've seen worse, but still I wasn't satisfied.

You could pay your rent on time, every month, keep your unit ---- and span, be low key quiet and it doesn't mean a damn thing to these people.

Also, this townhome community is a "tax-credit" development so your income will need to be verified, and if you make a certain amount you will pay "market price"...so you will have your townhome for 1350 and the same exact place next door that is a tax-credit/low income home will be 300 to 400 dollars cheaper and most likely your low income neighbor won't keep their place as nice, nor be quiet or conducive to a friendly environment, this is from my personal experience and eye witness experience.

Grocery store GIANT is less than 3 minutes away and shopping complex Doc Stone is 3 minutes away. Mainside is 20-25 minutes away, and TBS back gate is literally 1 minute away. IF you're a Student at camp barrett with family, this is not a bad choice...you'll just have to put up with shabby management.
