This is absolutely not helpful as far as rating places for people out of the area who are looking for a place to live. Who cares what the staff looks like if they're competent & friendly? All I get out of this is that you were towed under new rules & are very angry. Your remarks are vicious, unnecessary & juvenile. Grow up & quit watching cartoons.
