There's not enough space to type. I'll try to be brief.
Parking: Sucks if you get in late. have a nice walk to your apartment.
Kids: Although there are parks, Mgt doesn't want'em there. Nowhere for them to play. let's not even talk about riding bikes.
Kids: Some tenants just have bad @#*!! kids and Mgt doesn't help.
Mgt: Cool, sometimes. I personally haven't had any problems with'em, but I've heard some thigs that they have said about others. I can only imagine what they've said about me.
Mgt: What Mgt. Any questions
Apts: floors sinking, nails coming out walls, can't put anything on patio... now you tell me where in the @#*!! am I supposed to put a grill and I'm on the 2nd floor.
Roaches: Came home and a roach was on my couch watching TV with the remote in his hand talking about, "ya got some messages"
Mail: No outgoing mail box. what kind of @#*!! is that.
Front Office: Only thing good is Tonya. I sure would like to...xoxoxo Anyway... she's never given me a 2nd look, but she's nice.
Rent: What the @#*!!!! over!!!! It goes up every other weekend. 3 times in 2 years!! Please. When this lease is up in December you best believe I'm outta here.
